REPOST: Coke Float

There was an issue inserting photos when I published this post way back February 26 so I was not able to finish it, but now I'm doing it :)

If you know me personally you know how much i love Coke Float from McDo.

[caption id="attachment_393" align="aligncenter" width="480" caption="Angel Locsin for Mcdo"][/caption]

I even pair it with a fries / twister fries.

A very seasonal product of Mcdo! Ugh!

Anyway, since I was a kid I always love to eat at Mcdo. I'm not promoting though I'm just saying a fact.  Sorry to Jollibee fans but it's officially for kids.

To get to the point, I think it was February 25, I was starving to death and no decent food is anywhere can be found! So the day came when I had no choice but to eat at Jollibee, and suddenly came across with this ad

Are they fucking serious?

Yes, they are. So I gave benefit of the doubt to Jollibee and try it.

Because of my disappointment, I drive to find the nearest Mcdo! Baka kasi makalimutan ko na masarap ang Float! Haha. I am not a critic of Jollibee I just don't patronize them.

With regard to Float, the ice cream is not firm and taste like a soft ice cream which you can buy for Php10 in all malls!

Truly, no one will replace

I'm a business management student, so I think Jollibee doesn't know how to benchmark well.

Messy

PAST

Last year I was in a hurry to get all my stash into one storage. I was thinking this one

So I rushed to Market, Market, straight ahead to Ace Hardware and luckily found what's exactly on my mind

Originally, this is a 4 layered drawer, I just had my papa glued them I think. Haha

PRESENT

I have this entry last Sunday after seeing storages at Muji I felt guilty because back home my stash are looking crazy. I know, being a girl should be organized, so in the back of my mind i think twice. Haha

Found these drawers with different things on it! So probably my missing things were just lying here.

Haha, this are random things that I seldom use or not using at all! The lighter, it's just for fun, i'm not smoking! I found my memory card! :) Yey

Do not put your hair clips along with other necessities! Gah

This gate pass was for Bob Sinclair! :)

This drawer was somehow organized, but putting make up with my accessories is not such a good idea

Now I know why my rings are broken, after using them i'm just putting it here!

I collect price tags! ;) Not to boast them of course. I love the different designs. I'll show you my album (of price tags) soon

I know! :) It's messy! But I did somehow manage to organize them for about 1 hour I think haha

Before my watches are alone naman, I don't know why the hell some things were put there accidentally. lol

My rings are safe and sound

Things I don't normally use goes to one drawer

I adore cute hair clips, especially if it's a bow or flower

My price tags are still intact hehe.

All of my make up went to my original make up purse

Now I learned my lesson, if I don't want to do unexpected cleaning I should make sure alll of my things are organized :) Be good kids!

Sunday.

I am so stressed this Sunday because I just came from a boring Saturday shift at work. I slept about 10:00 am and woke up around 3:00 pm. Then I decided to go to Market, Market! I bought some accessories and shorts. That's it.

I dropped by at Muji, Bonifacio High Street to check some items, random items that I might wanna buy.

Yung pababa na lng ako ang pinost ko para maiba naman.

These cute colorful things caught my attention. I don't know what are these and didn't bother to check what is it. So I think they are not that much cute. Gulo

I was supposed to capture the chair to show it to my mom, then it got blurred. Haha

Some skin care that I'm not interested with. Haha

I want to buy these for my mom but I'll show it to her first. Arte kasi! She really loves kitchenware :)

Then suddenly I saw these storages which remind me of something.

I remember that my drawer at home needs a general cleaning, because the things inside the drawer is a total mess. That leads me to another entry!

Camcorders

Not long time ago, bulky camcorders we're a flick on market. These are very huge and cannot just simply put into your purse just like what we did with digital cameras now. But still lot of people enjoyed having them, especially if you're really a video person, if that's what you call it. My papa gave me years ago a Sony DCR-TRV480 Camcorder as a gift,

Digital Zoom - 990.0 x
Digital Video - Format MPEG EX
Max Shutter Speed - 0.00025 sec
Type - Zoom lens - 2.5 mm - 50.0 mm - F/1.6-2.4
Focal Length - 2.5 mm - 50.0
Lens Aperture - F/1.6-2.4
Optical Zoom - 20.0 x
Viewfinder Resolution - 90000.0 pixels
Display Format - 123000.0 pixels
Weight - 1.8 lbs
Source: CNET.com

Here are some of the random specs i got from the cnet.com, i don't know if that would help! Haha

I admit it's huge for a girl like me but i love how it record videos plus the fact that I have an option whether to use a digital8 tape or a memory stick.

I think it's great. Because if i just wanted to record a full event i could use up the whole digital8 tape, and if I wanted to record just random things in my life i would use the memory stick. It really depends on you!

But due to typhoon Ondoy last 2009, my first camcorder swam into flood. I cried because of that! I can't get it to Sony Service Center because it's out of warranty and it would probably cost me a lot than buying a new one! It took me a long time to move on.

Months after, my papa gave me my first digital camera naman. Yey!

Which I really love because of the lovely photos it captures and medium quality videos. Plus the other specifications of it

After a year now I think it finally gave up on me because of over usage. Haha. Slow focus, battery life not enough, & sometimes blurred.

So now I'm thinking to acquire a camcorder again! :) And I know there's a lot, after the bulky camcorder there's the left and right release of smaller versions of camcorder to make your life easier.

Of course the ever famous, Flip Mino Hd.

They just don't catch my attention though. I'm fiddling with Kodak Zi6 / Zi8 which I know for a fact they are old models. But I found them suited with my likes!

Click here for their specs Kodak

I also like HP's camcorder V5020u

Somebody, help me decide please :D They are all stylish and the specs, for me, is awesome too. I'm so tired to read reviews because I know for a fact that they are 99% all lies, joke! Haha. They are a bit help if you wanted to seek advice on buying things, I'm just bored reading them. Anyway, in time i'll blog what will I buy! :D

Senior General Assembly

General assembly for graduating students was finally held last February 11, 2011. So what would be the topic then? Of course, about our graduation. Ahh, I felt very overwhelmed that time. The feeling of finally graduating is heaven :) To accept your diploma and toss your hats for college graduation is a bit different. I felt like I never experience graduating before, grade school and high school.

First, the estimated breakdown of expenses was discussed. Settled. Some few reminders from college professors, complete our requirements, do not cram and pass all the remaining subjects! Done.

Then we have some voting to do, whether to hold our commencement exercises inside or outside the school. Of course, outside! We're almost 450 graduating students for 2011 of Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Taguig Campus. And these were the choices.

1. AFP THEATER

1,074 Seating Capacity. Approximately Php70,000, so that would be Php150+ each graduating student.

2. FOLK ARTS THEATER

8,000 seating capacity. We can bring our parents, relatives and partners! Yay. Php220,000+, Php500+ for each student

3. NBC TENT :)

My personal choice! Who would not want to graduate here?! Hayy. Seating capacity of 1,400. Can still bring parents! Php240,000, so it's Php550+ / student. It's not that expensive! But it's not the crowd favorite.

4. Tangahalang Pasigueno

Last option is this! Former Pasig Conventional Center. It's where Pilipinas Got Talent held their grand finals. 1,300 seating capacity, around Php20,000 - 30,000 for rental. That's Php50 - 70 / students. What a steal! But rumor said that it's hot here and it's too far!

Guess what place won? Number 4. Ugh! I still want NBC Tent. You will only graduate once, and you've spent 4 years killing yourself with stress, pressure and cramming so why not reward youself in this way? Hayy, my sentiments would not be considered naman over 300 students!

Happy Graduation 2011 Graduates! :)

These kids shouldn't be up and partying with us that night. Tsk tsk

There is one landmark to get to our street, which is the Plaza 9 (Nueve) court. And my friends, when they join liga they called their team, P9 HOOD. I'm proud to be part of P9 HOOD :)

We may not have all the wealth in the world to celebrate, but at least we have each other. Respect and love between all of us. :) XO
